Brooke Norgate

Brooke has always had a passion for dynamic movement and understanding the body. Her passion is to help people understand and look after their body through movement, Pilates and Yoga.

From a young age, dance, gymnastics and aerobics became a part of her life and at 16 she made her first world championships in Sport Aerobics. This led to successfully competing for Australia for 10 years – and training at this level and experiencing multiple injuries led Brooke to discovering the value of both Pilates and Yoga in looking after the body.

In 2003 she completed her first Pilates teacher training course, closely followed by Yoga teacher training in 2004. Keen to develop a deeper understanding of movement and the body Brooke completed a degree in Sports Science and a Masters in Exercise Rehabilitation before working as an Exercise Physiologist.

Brooke believes Yoga and Pilates can heal and strengthen the body - from chronic injuries to elite athletes. Her classes add a focus on education and healing through movement.
