Debbie Cairns

Having experienced first-hand the transformative power of Yoga, Debbie brings a wealth of knowledge in how a regular practice can create wellness in both body and mind, and a passion for sharing that knowledge with her students. 

Although first introduced to Yoga at the age of 17, Debbie’s journey towards becoming a full-time teacher began much later in the corporate world, where she spent many years working busy, demanding jobs in marketing and advertising. During this time, Debbie began practicing Yoga regularly to help overcome chronic health issues, exacerbated by high levels of stress.

A highly qualified teacher with over 350+ hours of training in Vinyasa Flow, Hatha and Yin Yoga, Debbie’s classes weave fun, creative, intuitive and sometimes challenging sequencing with elements of pranayama, meditation, relaxation and carefully chosen music to guide students inwards to a place where they feel revitalised, calm and deeply connected to themselves.
