Emily Rogers

Originally from the UK, Emily started her career as a professional dancer, performing around the world, before moving to Australia where she deepened her Yoga practice and fitness studies.


Emily completed her Yoga teacher training in Thailand, and is also a Personal Trainer, specialising in Barre and group fitness.

Her background in professional dance inspired her to become a Barre instructor, which brings together her understanding of fitness training and her passion for graceful movement.

Never one to take life too seriously Emily will ensure to make each class fun and dynamic.
