Michelle Peak

Being a dancer and fitness instructor for over 10 years, Michelle always loved to move her body as a form of expression, which led her to try Yoga. 

After falling in love with the balance it brought, she completed her training in the Buti Yoga Concept in London and teacher training with Power living once returning to Sydney.

Yoga for Michelle is a moving mediation, a way for her to connect to her inner compass, calm the mind and present a sense of freedom and exploration – and she looks forward to encouraging her students to tune in, have fun and be the best version of themselves on and off the mat.

Managing The Space studio gives Michelle the opportunity to combine her passion for studio management with her specialisation in Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pilates and Barre.
