Mitch started his movement background with weight lifting and interval training, and after years of pushing his body to its limits, he discovered the practice of Yoga in 2013.
He discovered that Yoga offered him a sense of peace, focus and control over his body and mind that his strength training lacked.
And although he still has a playful passion to work his body to its limits of strength with inversions and arm-balances, it's the deep connection to the true self, found within the traditional teachings of Yoga, that draws him back to the mat.
You can expect his classes to be full of his outgoing personality with the potential to get upside down! Mitch focuses on challenging the body while emphasising correct anatomical alignment, although he will find a way to cheekily slide in some challenges for the mind, always accompanied by a smile or two.
