Simon swapped the corporate world, computers and cubicles for activewear, movement and meditation back in 2012 to embark his journey into group fitness and personal training.
The first certified male Barre Attack teacher in the country, Simon trained directly with founder Renee Scott and today incorporates his group fitness energy and Pilates precision and alignment into his classes.
Simon also did his yoga teacher training with the Power Living crew before continuing his Advanced Vinyasa training directly with Duncan Peak and uncovering his Yinside with The Yin Space with Melanie McLaughlin.
